I’ve had a few pairs of these now and they are superb. Properly waterproof and look good and are comfortable with my hood jeans (goretex RAF surplus overtrousers for when it’s moist) for work. The spiky metal pegs on the GSA chew the soles up a bit but they do with everything.

Well, if you'd rather throw them away and buy new . . .

My first pair of Daytona boots went back for resoling. About the time that those soles needed doing, the leather on the uppers was giving up. They do offer a service to replace uppers, soles and liner together, it's available at all stockists

I've been using a pair of Altberg All weather Hogg for the last 10 years, they have easily done well over 100k miles all weather commuting and they have been pretty damned good to be fair. They are just starting to look a bit tatty around the gear shift pad and the heels are worn on the side where they rub on the heel guard, and when it is really really wet they feel a little damp inside but not full on leaked iyswim.

I'll be replacing them soon and probably like for like.

Yes, it is. Just had mine resoled, back to perfect. Expensive boots but excellent. Comfy on and off the bike, good to walk in, last for years and miles.
