    Question 2020 Memorial Meet?

In light of recent events, would there be any interest in a summer camping meet up?

I've been to the http://www.thebrucearms.net// before, and it's is a nice pub in Wiltshire with camping, but I don't believe you can have open fires.

https://www.pitchup.com/campsites/En...dow_tree_farm/ allows large groups, open fires and has a pub 15min up the road.

This is an adults-only site. Children under the age of 21 are not allowed on site.

    Erm, no then.

Why not combine it with Weeksy's trackday extravaganza that's he's holding at Cadwell (whether he likes it or not)

We could do, I'm just throwing the idea out there.

Camping/trackday sounds like a good idea (I'd suggest the camping and bonfire happens after the trackday..... )

I don't think they will be checking mental ages

I have booked two group events this year. Dogs, kids and fires are deal breakers for us. What i have noticed the ones that say no fires tend to allow raised fire pits and chimeras so always worth an ask.

If we do something in addition to the track day I'll try and find a more suitable location that allows bin lids and woofers.

There's a great little pub in Wilcot near Pewsey, Wiltshire with a camp ground out the back, very friendly place (Chillit and Murcan may recall we stopped there for a pint on our mini Wiltshire rideout )

http://www.thegoldenswan.co.uk/ - Should fit the bill

My SiL has a farm near All Cannings, Wiltshire, if a field with a Portaloo will do, I'll have a word.

EDIT - this sounds like an excuse for some reconnaissance.

The camping ground is behind the pub, oh, and they've got a parrot.

I reckon its a spot on venue.
I'm happy to do a ride out and show people loads of white horses, Avebury circle, nice canal pubs etc, etc...
