Went to Snetterton today, good trip, lots of interesting bikes, good racing, it was nice to hear two strokes racing.

Most interesting bike of the day goes to a Japanese F3 FZR400 apparently it has a 7 speed gearbox.

No photos because I couldn't be arsed.

CMRC are a poor man's BHR...

I'm sat listening to a piss poor cover band in the Cadwell club house right now at the BHR season ender.

TZ350s got a bit boring after the 20th one, there were at least 3 TZ750s, I've never seen that many FZ600s in one place before, there were 3 Z1000J Lawson replicas, a Z500 Lawson replica that was in with the FZ600s, the rider was seriously throwing it about and it was smoking worse than most of the 2 strokes.
Load of old British bikes, quite a few Ducatis, 2 X7s, at least one RD400, it was the first time I've seen a GSX550 on the race track, also an XJ600.
A CBX1000, the bloke riding it was huge, his leathers were like a sofa.
Few people fell off at Russell's, I think the wind was blowing their front wheel out from under the bike, they were the slow people in their races.

Lots of two stroke 125s, mostly Hondas , lot's of small four strokes again mostly Hondas.

I noticed it was a lot less noisy than a trackday, but the Classic bikes don't rev like modern bikes.

    Fortunately no crap cover band.
