If anyone's interested I have recently interviewed Dave Moss, one of the US's best-known suspension set up experts, for my FB webcast.

The interview's a two-parter, the first half focuses on posture and bike set-up for the rider, the second on suspension.

Dave was in New Zealand at the Bears Sound of Thunder meeting a couple of years ago and had him look at my race bike down there as was having a problem getting it stopped on the brakes - 10 mins of fettling later and back out on track and took 3 seconds a lap off my previous times... really friendly nice guy too!

He does a lot of work over there at tracks up and down the country... he never seems to stop moving!
