    Got all the cylinder back.
Been re lined with what ever they do , new piston and bits.
Chucked it together last night , tweaked it up and fluids in today and whilst the kids were out i thought i'd try and start it.
3rd prod on the kick and away she went. Sweet as a nut, and what no rattle.
It was a bastart to start before, now it's a delight. It even starts with my sandles on :-)
Only bad bit is feel like shite now as i started in in my workshop and the extra oil on build and closed doors makes me feel like throwing up.

    ring and ding ding

I wouldn't do that if I were you. If your foot slips or it kicks back, it will unzip your leg like a ripe banana.

    Ask me how I know...

Got that 750 running yet ?

I suppose i'll have to run this KTM in for a bit ? It's only a bore and piston job so i reckon just taking it a bit easy for the first few seasons should do ?

Thought i'd better drop the gear oil . should have 0.7 in but when i undeed the plug ( which wasn't even done up ffs ) it only dumped .3 lt's. The bloke selling it came across really well and a nice bloke but the more i find the more i think he was a prick. Leason there is what ever the seller is like you need to check everything. Oil was in good nick though so not all bad.
