The magical cold fusion at the heart of every human soul, the intricate folding of the dimensions of space and time and thought, which makes it possible to appreciate the world, and help drive it forward and expand it.

    Oh sorry. You said 'insignificant'.

    Well then.

    Flowers, rivers and trees.
    The shining light of Sol.
    Home-made yoghurts and ice-creams.
    Cats and dogs.
    Words.
    Pictures.

Given the word "insignificant" in the title precludes being able to include anything done by Metz or Baby Angel, I shall have to offer up a starter for ten with counting down the days to Christmas. I know it's a bit of a joke on here, but it genuinely does make me happy - I get very excited about Christmas, the countdown builds that up (the fact it usually starts on Boxing Day is neither here nor there).

Second offering will be a cat that hasn't quite made the jump it was going for jump or sliding across a tiled/lino/wooden floor

Getting out a hot bath and lying back naked on the bed. Once dry getting in bed with fresh sheets.

Good old jelly and vanilla ice cream.

Do you remember sweets called Black Jacks? I had not seen them in years and my mum found some during a trip to Fleetwood market and brought me some home. My wife fed most of them to the dogs. "But they love them" she said.

I have since found a shop that sells them and i keep them hidden.

Yeah, you can them in loads of places round here - anywhere that sells Swizzels Matlow (I think that the's the company name) sweeties. They are nice.

That warm soft feel to the air when you know summer is coming.

Hearing the birds singing in the morning.

Pussycat curled up on my lap.

Breaking up boring shopping in supermarkets by riding the trollies and talking in different accents with the Greminette whilst Mrs. Gremlin pretends we're not with her.....

That feeling of nailing the throttle out of a bend with a good view to the next bend and no traffic.

The first fire up of a bike engine in the morning, especially if the Kick start goes first time

When the wife is not looking put an item back and when in another aisle ask "Did we no need (whtever you put back)?" Do this two or three times. Its funny watching her think she is going nuts.
