    My parents had matching ones of those (with sequential plates!) when they were first married. They had 77/R reg ones so a couple of years older than yours, but otherwise the same AFAIK.

    Free MOT Test. Extended for 6 months to 21 November. Insurance was also renewed for next month and I have actually bled front and rear brake fluid as well. So the bike is all sorted and ready to carry on riding.

    Not bought but got some of these Lextek lever's for my bday from my brother. They look nice but not fitted them yet.

    Renthal grips - remembering something screwdriver said re always putting a pair on any new to him bike .
    The ones on the FireBlade start to rotate at any temp above mild .

    Captive Rubber well nuts, M5 screws for those and these plastic fairing lugs to replace worn out ones on the bike. All delivered this past week and now fitted to the bike. Most cannot be seen, but I knew they were not right and it irritated me. All sorted now and looks better and the panels are nicely secured again. Found an addtional little storage area at the bottom of the NC700 Frunk where I can stash the extra box of fuses. I've only ever needed 1 fuse, but hey ho, at least I have spares that allow me to sort out other peoples bikes too.
